1. How much is the shipping?

Shipping will be automatically calculated at checkout.

 

2. How long does the shipping take?

All orders will be shipped out within 2 business days. Depending on destination, the order can take between 2 - 8 business days to arrive. Please understand that due to COVID-19, shipping may take longer than usual.

 

3.  Return Policy

We are happy to offer full returns (minus shipping charges) if you are unsatisfied with your order. Your item must be unused and be in the same condition that you have received it to be eligible for a refund.

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method.

 

4. Damages and issues

Should your received products arrive damaged, please send us an email to mail.thewanderloft@gmail.com.

We will make a replacement arrangement promptly. If the product is out of stock, we will provide a refund.
